Aiviara Research analysed 50 software vendors across five B2B categories to examine how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews represent vendors during UK mid-market software evaluation scenarios.

The categories included in the study were CRM, ERP and finance operations, HRIS and payroll, endpoint security, and customer support.

The benchmark compares citation visibility and how closely AI-generated brand descriptions align with how vendors represent themselves.
